INNOVATIVE CUTTERHEAD REMOVAL DESIGN
When replacing the knives, the cutterhead can be easily removed by pulling it out directly without having to dismantle the belt, dust hood or bearings.


FAST SAW BLADE REPLACEMENT
The saw blade can be easily replaced by simply loosening a screw and without having to dismantle any of the bearings. The side arbour ensures added convenience for saw blade replacement and calibration.

CIRCULATING LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The circulating lubrication system ensures smooth motions for all parts and a long service life for the machine.


PERFECT SPEED CORRELATION OF TOP AND BOTTOM ROLLERS
The top and bottom rollers feature synchronised speeds to provide a smooth and positive linear feeding effect, even when working with moist stock.

AIR LOADED PRESSURE ROLLERS
Air loaded pressure rollers ensure smooth feed.

FAST SECTIONAL RUBBER ROLLER REPLACEMENT
The sectional outfeed rubber rollers can be easily replaced in the event of wear. Once the holding bearing is dismantled, the rollers can be easily removed from the front.
SPIRAL CUTTERHEADS (OPTIONAL DEVICE)

Both the top and bottom cutterheads can be fitted with spiral (Helical) cutterheads, which provide extremely smooth and low noise cuts.
