FOUR TABLE ROLLERS

CENTRALISED OIL-FILLING SYSTEM
The centralised oil-filling system provides adequate and convenient lubrication to conveyor track whilst ensuring smooth motions for all parts and a long service life for the machine.

CHROMIUM PLATED TABLE SURFACE
The table surface is chromium coated for extra strength and designed for long service duration and wear resistance at high speeds. this feature enables the table to withstand heavier duties and is precision ground for smooth feeding.

DOVETAIL SLIDEWAYS
The dovetail slideways on the table elevation guarantees rigidity and stability.

PRESSURE SPIKES FEEDING SYSTEM
Numerous evenly distributed pressure spikes exert even pressure on the workpiece, ensuring stable feed without damaging the stock due to it's spring rettraction system.

SPIRAL CUTTERHEADS (OPTIONAL DEVICE)

Both the top and bottom cutterheads can be fitted with spiral (Helical) cutterheads, which provide extremely smooth and low noise cuts.
